Agency & Third-Party Liability
Cerulean Escapes acts solely as an agent for the travel suppliers named in your itinerary (e.g., hotels, airlines, tour operators). We are not responsible for any acts, omissions, failures, or negligence on the part of these suppliers. All travel services are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective supplier.
Pricing and Availability
All prices, itineraries, and availability displayed on this website are subject to change without notice until the booking is confirmed and full payment is received. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, before or after a reservation is made
Assumption of Client Responsibility (Critical)
The client assumes full and complete responsibility for checking and verifying all passport, visa, vaccination, and other entry requirements for all destinations on their itinerary. The client is responsible for researching and understanding any and all conditions regarding health, safety, security, or political stability at their chosen destination(s)
